No. EL assesses public professional information. There is nothing to upload.

To make sure we are assessing you and not somebody with a similar name. Better identifying information makes the assessment more reliable and more complete. It does not improve your score by itself.

The questions take a few minutes. The assessment itself can take up to 10 minutes once it starts.

No. Individual assessments are for self-assessment only. You may only purchase and run an Individual Expertise Legibility assessment about yourself, and you must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use one.

Individual EL must not be used to screen, rank, evaluate or make decisions about another person for employment, recruitment, promotion, credit, insurance, housing, education or other eligibility or high-impact decisions.

Because they disagree. Different systems find and interpret public information differently, so we consolidate several rather than depending on a single answer.

A changing mix, selected for the assessment and updated as systems and capabilities change. The value is in the consolidation, the evidence rules and the practical guidance, not in any one provider.

Only information that meets our evidence and attribution rules can influence findings or scoring.

Sometimes. Public professional content may be discoverable when it is accessible on the open web, but access varies by platform, by page and by system, so it cannot be relied on.

Private or sign-in-only content is never treated as public evidence. We do not recommend making a personal Facebook profile public by default.

Yes. AI-powered search systems can sometimes return information that is incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Expertise Legibility compares and consolidates information from multiple systems and applies evidence rules before information is used in the assessment, but errors can still occur.

We recommend checking important information before acting on it.

Yes. Public information changes, and AI-powered search systems update and interpret it differently over time. Your report is a dated snapshot of what could be found on the day it was made, not a verdict on your expertise.

The practical tasks inside your playbook. Each one gives you the next action in plain terms, tells you where it belongs and explains what it strengthens, with wording you can adapt where that saves you time.

The overall 0 to 10 score is built from five dimensions: Findability, Clarity, Target alignment, Credibility and Consistency.

It is calculated by EL. It is not assigned by an AI provider, it is not a ranking or a percentile, and it is not a judgement of professional ability.

We do not guess. You receive a Foundational Expertise Legibility Gap report instead of an unreliable score, with concrete steps for becoming easier to identify and strengthening your public evidence.

You receive a Foundational report with practical first steps. A small public footprint is never treated as proof of weak expertise.

Not necessarily. Systems retrieve and update at different times, and we cannot control when one notices a change or reconsiders its interpretation.

Recommendations are designed to connect the credibility you already have to where you are going, not to erase where you have been.

No. EL is a dated informational assessment with practical recommendations. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, clients, investment, rankings, recommendations, media coverage or any other professional outcome.

What happens next depends on what you do with the recommendations.

Please do not provide medical, financial or other sensitive personal information. The Privacy Policy has the full detail on processing, recipients, retention, international transfers and your rights.

Yes. Your report page has a Delete my assessment now button. Deleting an assessment removes it from the live service. Download a copy first if you want to keep it.

Assessments are also deleted automatically after 30 days, and the date is shown on your report. Some information may be retained temporarily in backups or where required by law, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
