The agreement between you and us

Expertise Legibility (EL) is provided by Very Good Communications International AB, Sweden, organisation number 556596-6123. EL is the product and service; Very Good Communications International AB is the legal service provider and seller. By buying or using EL you accept these terms.

EL is a self-service assessment of professional expertise. It uses several third-party AI-powered search and research systems to compare what you want to be recognised for with what is publicly visible and understandable about you, and it gives you a personalised report with findings and practical recommendations.

Individual assessments are for self-assessment only.

You may only purchase and run an Individual Expertise Legibility assessment about yourself.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use an Individual Expertise Legibility assessment.

Individual EL must not be used to screen, rank, evaluate or make decisions about another person for employment, recruitment, promotion, credit, insurance, housing, education or other eligibility or high-impact decisions.

You must give accurate information, because the assessment depends on it. Please do not deliberately provide sensitive personal information that the assessment does not need.

Expertise Legibility for Organisations assesses how an organisation's publicly visible expertise, capabilities and positioning are found and understood through the systems assessed.

It is not an employee, candidate or individual evaluation tool and must not be used to screen, score or rank people.

The Organisation assessment is an informational assessment of public organisational visibility and clarity. It is not legal, compliance, financial, investment, procurement or due-diligence advice.

An Organisation assessment is bought for business or professional purposes by someone authorised to act for the organisation.

The Individual assessment is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The total price payable is shown to you before you buy, and it will include VAT or other applicable taxes where those apply once our tax configuration is final.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Payment unlocks the assessment questionnaire. Payment on its own does not start the AI research. The assessment begins after you, as a paying customer, submit the questionnaire.

You then receive a report, which you can read on screen and download to keep. Research runs across several systems, so we do not promise an exact completion time.

• EL relies on third-party AI systems and publicly available web information.
• Results vary between systems and over time.
• AI output and source information can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or refer to a different person with a similar name.
• Scores, findings and recommendations are EL assessment outputs. They are not ratings, certifications or endorsements issued by OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, LinkedIn or any other platform.
• EL does not guarantee employment, recruiter contact, clients, investment, visibility, rankings, search placement, media coverage or any other professional or commercial outcome.
• You decide whether and how to act on the recommendations.

Expertise Legibility is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, LinkedIn or any other third-party platform referenced by the service. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

If you are a consumer, you keep the statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund and conformity rights that mandatory consumer law gives you. Nothing here removes them.

EL is digital content that is intended to begin shortly after you submit the questionnaire. Where the law requires it, we will ask separately and explicitly for your request that performance begin immediately, and for any acknowledgement that affects your statutory withdrawal right. Paying alone does not mean you have waived that right.

To notify us that you wish to exercise a statutory withdrawal right that may apply to an Individual purchase, use our withdrawal form. Sending it confirms that we have received your request. It does not confirm that a refund has been approved.

Withdrawal is the exercise of a statutory consumer withdrawal right, where one applies.

A complaint is a statement that the service we sold you is faulty or was not delivered as agreed.

Disagreement with a score, with what the assessed systems found, or with a recommendation does not by itself mean that a refund is due. It can still be raised with us, and we will look at it.

If something has gone wrong with your assessment, write to us and we will look at it.

Your statutory rights to complain about a faulty service are preserved. Please contact us first at Contact@expertiselegibility.com, so we can try to put it right.

If we cannot agree, consumers in Sweden may refer the dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), where the case falls within its remit.

You may download, keep and use your own EL report and its recommendations for your own professional purposes.

Very Good Communications International AB retains its rights in the Expertise Legibility brand, methodology, website, visual system and proprietary service materials. We make no ownership claim over the third-party AI output or the public source material referenced in your report.

We aim to keep EL available and working well, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and technical faults can happen.

We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. Where the law requires it, we will communicate material changes.

EL is an informational service. You remain responsible for the decisions you make using your report. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, or any consumer right, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
